Air Canada
Before I delve into the world of Buenos Aires I feel the need to express my newfound love for Air Canada. Air Canada is a supreme airline that is far superior to any airline Ive flown in the states. To begin with the vibe I caught on my two flights, one from Chicago to Toronto and the other from Toronto to Buenos Aires was excellent. The flight attendants had one of the most upbeat attitudes of any corporate employee Ive ever witnessed. Each announcement over the intercom is stated in english and quickly repeated in french. In fact on the flight from toronto to BA the announcements, wether from flight attendants or the captain, were repeated in english, french, and spanish, which sounds like a daunting task but it actually didn't bother me at all. Attached to the back of each seat is a tv screen that runs a program called EnRoute. EnRoute is the absolute shit. It contains both tv shows and movies from the UK, Canada, And USA. The selection of movies is also excellent and containd over fifty movies, most of which I can honestly say I havent seen. I chose to watch "the men who speak to goats" w/ George Clooney, a movie I had been wanting to see for sometime and that started great but ended decent. My just over 12 hr flight from Toronto to BA was much more enjoyable then I ever could have imagined. My flight was half empty and I had the whole f'in row to myself, allowing me to sprall out like a homeless man on a bench. Without any drugs I slept almost seven hours straight, which is a lot on an airplane. Suprisingly the food was excellent as well, and a step above and crappy airline food Ive ever had on AA or United. With all the praising im doing of Air Canada im almost looking forward to my flight home ( actually not really...)
